MVP Health Care Named the Number 20 Large Employer in Best Companies to Work for in New York Program

SCHENECTADY, NY, April 19, 2018 — MVP Health Care was honored as the state’s number 20 large employer in the New York State Society of Human Resources Managers’ Best Companies to Work for in New York program at SHRM’s annual event last evening.

As part of the process, a thorough assessment of an eligible company is conducted with information provided by both the company and its employees through confidential survey tools. The information collected is combined to produce a detailed set of data that enables analysts to determine the strengths and opportunities of participating companies. Workplaces are then ranked based on the data and employee feedback reports are provided to participating companies.
Some of the areas evaluated relate to leadership and planning, corporate culture and communications, role satisfaction, work environment, relationships with supervisors, training and development, pay and benefits, and overall engagement. Additionally, information about company policies, practices, and demographics is collected and assessed.
