SCHENECTADY, NY, May 8, 2017 — MVP Health Care announces the appointment of Cupid Gascon, M.D., MBA, MS as vice president of clinical transformation, a newly created position that will play a critical role in advancing MVP’s value-based care model and collaborating with provider partners to ensure their practices thrive under value-based agreements.
Gascon is board certified in emergency medicine and is a medical informaticist with 10 years of hospital practice and more than 10 years of non-clinical experience, primarily in health information technology.
