August 31, 2018—At a recent Health Evolution Summit she attended in California, MVP Health Care CEO Denise Gonick was invited to participate in The Health Evolution Interview Series™, which brings forward candid insights from the industry’s most influential leaders to catalyze improvement in health care. Denise shared her thoughts on leadership and diversity, especially as they relate to the team at MVP.

“I really view my job as trying to create an environment where all the people around me can be working at the tops of their games and really be their best selves. I’m trying to create an environment that really allows people to thrive,” she said about her leadership style.
