1. Visit MVP at any of these events between now and September 30 and request a stamp. Each stamp gains you one additional entry for the grand prize.
2. Bring the passport to any MVP Mobile Enrollment Center and complete an entry form
3. A winner will be drawn on Tuesday, October 1!

The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. The (1) winner will receive a $500 gift card to Colonie Center or The Shops at Nanuet Plaza depending on your location. You may enter only once. The $500 gift card cannot be exchanged for cash. The opening date for this promotion is Thursday, the 1st of August at 9:00am EST.
