Start with Gia®: 24/7 Care from Home or Anywhere

The Gia by MVP mobile app is available 24/7 and quickly connects you to a doctor via text, video, or phone call. Based on your symptoms, your Gia provider can diagnose and treat many health issues and will be able to recommend a treatment plan, prescribe a medication, or refer you to an in-person doctor, urgent care, or emergency room in your area, if needed.

Behavioral Health Care

myVisitNow is a virtual behavioral health (BH) care service offering 24/7 online doctor visits available to all MVP members.

With myVisitNow, MVP members have access to behavioral health specialists and psychiatrists from across the country. Visits are done via online video chat, between patient and doctor, through a smartphone, tablet, or computer with a web camera. Speak with a qualified behavioral health professional about:

  • Depression and anxiety
  • Trauma
  • Addiction
  • Medication management
  • And much more!

You do not need a referral from your Primary Care Provider (PCP) – you can self-refer to any behavioral health provider!

If you are an MVP member with an existing behavioral health provider relationship through myVisitNow, you can continue to access these services directly through the myVisitNow app, visiting myVisitNow.com, or calling 1-855-666-9557.

Access myVisitNow through the Gia by MVP mobile app by tapping Virtual Care, then Behavioral Health Care.

Everyday Health Care

Galileo, our virtual primary care partner, also offers integrated behavioral health care services. The Galileo behavioral health therapist team consists of Licensed Clinical Social Workers, Licensed Mental Health Counselors, and Psychologists. For mild to moderate behavioral health needs such as anxiety or depression, members can access the Galileo behavioral health therapy program that includes condition assessments, recurring appointments (up to 12 sessions with your therapist), and/or prescribing non-controlled substances. Your therapist can also work with your PCP or Psychiatrist to determine if medication management support is needed.

Access Galileo through the Gia by MVP mobile app by tapping Virtual Care, then Everyday Health Care.

Urgent Care

For urgent care or emergencies, our urgent virtual care partner, UCM Digital Health (UCM), can dispatch an ambulance and/or make sure you get to the emergency room if needed.

Access UCM through the Gia by MVP mobile app by tapping Virtual Care, then Urgent Care.

Find a Doctor

Use Gia or our Find a Doctor Tool to search for in-person and virtual BH providers. When searching, use the Doctors by Specialty or Places by Type search options.
