Does Your Child Qualify?
CHPlus is available to children in New York State who meet the following requirements:
- Are under 19 years old.
- Do not qualify for Children’s Medicaid.
- Do not already have health insurance.
- Are not eligible or have access to the public employees’ New York State Health Insurance Program (NYSHIP).
- Meet annual income requirements.
