Attention Managed Medicaid Members: Statewide Transition for Fiscal Intermediary Services
New York State is transitioning fiscal intermediary services for the Consumer Directed Personal Assistance Program to Public Partnerships, LLC (PPL). MVP members and their personal assistants must register with PPL by March 28, 2025. Call 1-833-247-5346 or visit pplfirst.com/cdpap to learn more.
Bonus! Personal assistants who transition to PPL before March 28 will receive a $100 bonus.
Form 1099-MISC
MVP is required by the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) to issue 1099 forms to individuals and businesses entities that meet or exceed the $600 income threshold set by the IRS. Members who receive a Form 1099-MISC have either met or exceeded the $600 IRS income threshold with their MVP well-being reimbursement benefit.
