We are always striving to improve our customers’ experiences. To do that, we rely on in-depth conversations with our current and potential customers. You can share your thoughts with us in different ways.
If you're a current customer with an MVP plan, you can join a Member Advisory Council to talk about your health plan experience with our team and fellow MVP members. During these meetings, you also will learn how to get the most from your plan.
Members receive a gift card for their participation. For some meetings, we can arrange free transportation if you need it. Sign up below, and we will let you know when the next meeting is scheduled.
