    Need help in understanding how our plans work? There is someone to help you Monday through Friday, between 8 am and 6 pm (ET) in our Customer Care Center at 1-800-852-7826 (Medicaid and CHPlus members), or 1-844-946-8002 (Harmonious Health Care Plan members).

    You may want to choose or change your Primary Care Physician (PCP), ask about benefits and services, get help with referrals, replace a lost ID card, report a pregnancy or the birth of a new baby, or ask about any change that might affect your benefits (for example, you get a job that offers health care coverage).

    If You Do Not Speak English, We Can Help
    We want you to know how to use MVP Health Care, no matter what language you speak. Call us and we will find a way to talk to you in your own language. We have a group of people who can help. We will also help you find a Primary Care Physician (PCP) who speaks your language if one is available.

    For People with Disabilities
    If you are in a wheelchair, are blind, or have trouble hearing, call us if you need extra help. We can tell you if a particular provider’s office is wheelchair accessible or is equipped with communications devices. Also, we offer helpful services including:

    • Relay link to TTY/TDD machine (1-800-662-1220)
    • Information in large print
    • Case management
    • Help in making or getting to appointments
    • Names and addresses of providers who specialize in serving persons with disabilities
