The Medicare Health Outcomes Survey (HOS) serves as the initial patient-reported outcomes measure within the Medicare program. Its objective is to obtain reliable and clinically pertinent health data from Medicare Advantage Members. These surveys are administered annually to a randomly selected segment of Medicare beneficiaries. The collected data is aggregated and analyzed to inform strategies for advancing health outcomes.
