MVP has partnered with aptihealth to expand access to virtual mental health and substance use disorder services for eligible MVP Members. aptihealth connects Members with a multidisciplinary care team through a secure digital platform. Services may include therapy, medication management when clinically appropriate, care management, peer support, and coordination with the Member’s physician or participating specialist.

This partnership supports our commitment to improving access to timely, coordinated behavioral health care. aptihealth’s virtual-first model can help reduce access barriers by offering convenient online appointments and ongoing support for Members with behavioral health needs.

aptihealth is available to eligible MVP Members across New York State, including Commercial, Medicare, Medicaid, Child Health Plus, and Essential Plan Members, subject to benefit coverage and eligibility.

How to Refer an MVP Member
