Health insurance is just the beginning! When it comes to caring for our employees, we go above and beyond. We start by providing a variety of benefit plan options—allowing you to create the package that works best for you.

Our High-deductible Health Plan (HDHP) includes Vision and Pharmacy as part the deductible. Plus, MVP contributes toward a designated Health Savings Account (HSA). 

Our EPO plan includes Vision and Pharmacy coverage, and also reimburses you for activities that promote a healthy lifestyle 

We also offer Dental and vision coverage at affordable rates.  

All medical, dental and vision plans are effective on the first day of employment.

With 4 options to choose from, MVP makes saving for important expenses easy. Choose from option like: 

  • Medical Flexible Savings Account (FSA) 
  • Limited Purpose FSA 
  • Health Savings Account (HSA) 
  • Dependent Care FSA 

Basic coverage is company paid and equal to one (1) times annual salary up to a maximum of $500,000.  

We also offer optional supplemental life insurance for our employees, spouses, domestic partners and dependents.  

Employees can opt into supplemental life insurance that pays an additional 1-5 times annual salary up to a maximum of $900,000. Or cover their spouse or domestic partner at 50% of employee’s supplemental life amount up to a maximum of $100,000. Dependents may be insured for up to $4,000 per dependent 

All life insurance is effective on the first day of employment.

MVP pays for basic Long Term Disability coverage at 50% of an employee’s base salary, and offers the option for an employee to purchase additional coverage up to an additional 10% of their base salary. 

Short Term Disability is company paid at 60% of an employee’s base salary. All plans are effective 90 days after date of employment.

Paid Time Off 

In addition to eight paid holidays each year, MVP employees are entitled to Paid Time Off that includes personal, sick, and vacation time.

Salaried employees start with 24 days per year and can earn up to 33 days based on continuous service. Hourly employees start with 19 days per year and can earn up to 31 days based on continuous service. 

Education Benefits 

Employees are eligible for 529 College Savings Program on their first date of employment, and tuition assistance after 6 months employment. Payroll deductions make it easier than ever to cover the cost of education. 

Matching 401(k) Plan 

All employees can enroll in our 401(k) matching program on their first date of employment. After one year of employment, MVP match and company discretionary contributions go into effect. Employees can contribute up to 50% of their salary to the annual IRS maximum, and are fully vested in company contributions after three years of service.
