Delta Dental
DentaQuest administers dental benefits for Medicaid, HARP, EP, D-SNP, and CHP plans, including preventive, diagnostic, routine care, supplies, and limited orthodontics for children in MVP Medicaid Managed Care and Child Health Plus. If a Provider finds a medical issue, the Member is referred to their PCP for follow-up.
Delta Dental offers integrated pediatric dental benefits within their MVP medical plan. Some plans also provide extra benefits for Members. Providers needing benefit verification, billing assistance, questions about benefits, or help with claims routing should contact Delta Dental directly.

Vision Partners
EyeMed
MVP partners with EyeMed to offer routine vision benefits to select Members. Routine vision claims are submitted to EyeMed if a Member shows an EyeMed ID card, while medical vision services remain managed by MVP. EyeMed delivers enhanced routine vision benefits compared to previous options. View the MVP EyeMed policy.
How would an MVP Participating Provider contract with EyeMed?

Where do I submit a claim?
See the EyeMed ID card for the claims address, or Providers can sign up for the EyeMed Provider portal. Note: The Provider needs to be credentialed with EyeMed to use the portal. Visit EyeMed.com, select Providers, and select Submit Claims.
TruHearing Medicare Advantage
MVP partners with TruHearing to offer MVP Members quality hearing aids and comprehensive support with a risk-free trial, follow-up care, and warranty, all in a streamlined process.
This partnership applies to:
- Hearing Aid coverage to Medicare Advantage Members and select Commercial plans.
- Effective July 1, 2026, TruHearing will offer Hearing Aid coverage to MVP’s CHP, Medicaid, Essential Plan, and HARP Members
