Two Ways to Find a Doctor
If you don’t have your patient’s MVP Member ID number, you can search by location and plan type to find participating doctors and facilities within a defined area.
If you have your patient’s MVP Member ID number (located on their Member ID Card), enter it below. If you’re looking for behavioral health providers, choose the Doctors by Specialty or Places by Type options on the pages that follow.
