Our self-service Interactive Voice Response system gives you access to information quickly and efficiently and has 24-hour accessibility. You can determine:

  • Prior Auth Check: Inquire about a single or multiple prior authorization requests
  • Member Eligibility: Applicable for a specified date of service
  • Member Benefits: Address benefit questions
  • Claim Status: Provide claim number, processed date, denied/paid date, payment information, and check/EFT dollar amount

Plus, Behavioral Health Providers can access an exclusive support line to answer questions related to behavioral health care.
