ePayment Center offers a no-cost enrollment for EFT/ERA transactions from MVP and access to remittance data and payment history via the MVP ePayment Center Portal. Each TIN will need to enroll in its own ePayment Center.
ePayment Center offers:
- Payments from MVP via ACH directly to your bank account
- A secure portal to access and export MVP remittance data, including 835 format
To register, visit mvp.epayment.center to obtain a registration code. After registration is reviewed and confirmed, you will receive an email from help@epayment.center with a registration link. Follow the instructions in the email to complete the registration process.
After registration is complete, you will need to:
- Sign in at mvp.epayment.center
- Provide your bank account details
- Choose how you'd like to receive remittance data
- Carefully review the ACH agreement, accept it, and click Submit to finish registration and enrollment
After completing these steps, your bank account will be subject to a pre-note verification to confirm its validity before EFT/ACH transactions can begin. This process may take up to six business days.
Frequently Asked Questions
We’re currently enrolled with Zelis Payments for our medical claim payments. Do we need to re-enroll with Zelis for our MVP claim payments?
No. Since you’re already enrolled with Zelis Payments, you’ll also receive electronic payments and statements from MVP through your preferred Zelis Payments method. No further action is required on your part.
Do we need to switch banks to take advantage of ePayment Center?
No. You can direct electronic claims payments to the bank of your choice.
What do I need to enroll in ePayment Center?
You’ll need the following information available before enrolling:
- 9-digit federal tax identification number (TIN) or employer identification number (EIN)
- Corporate name and principal information
- Bank routing transit number (RTN) and your organization’s checking account number
