Recredentialing Providers and Facilities Every Three Years 

MVP is required to recredential all MVP Participating Providers and Facilities every three years. 

MVP Providers

To ensure a seamless recredentialing process, your CAQH application must be up-to-date and accessible to MVP. An MVP Credentialing Representative may contact you if additional information is required to complete your MVP recredentialing.

MVP Facilities 

An MVP Credentialing Representative will contact you and provide any documents needed for the recredentialing process. You will need to complete the documents in a timely manner and return them as instructed to your MVP Credentialing Representative. If you have any questions, please email us.
