MVP is committed to supporting Providers by offering documentation and coding tips that not only ensure compliance in accuracy, but also directly affect- patient care and outcome tracking. We are excited to announce that the Medical Coding section of the Provider Reference Library has been updated to accommodate the ever-changing world of risk adjustment. This informative all-in-one tool includes several links to coding and training resources, clinical documentation, quick reference guides, and contact information for MVP’s two risk adjustment Provider educators/auditors. Our experienced Provider educators are available to offer support with vast knowledge surrounding risk adjustment, training on documentation, and ICD-10-CM coding. Providers may reach out with documentation and ICD-10-CM coding questions, and requests for chart review feedback. We hope that you find these resources helpful in the continued care of our Members.
