Boost your energy, build strength, and improve heart health in this dynamic full-body workout class! Designed for all fitness levels, this nine-week in-person program combines low-impact cardio with muscle-strengthening exercises to help you feel stronger, more confident, and energized. Light weights and resistance bands will be incorporated to enhance your workout, and chairs will be available for support and seated exercises. Join us every Monday and take a step toward a healthier, more active lifestyle—one rep at a time! *No class October 13
