If you’re interested in registering a health care or behavioral health facility, email us using the appropriate link below. Be sure to include the following information in your email.

• Facility TIN 
• Facility type 
• Facility area(s) of specialty  

After you contact MVP, an MVP Contract Manager will contact upon receipt of your request. To expedite the process, be sure to include the following information in your email. 

Health Care Facilities 

Health Care Facilities in our service area in New York or Vermont interested in joining the MVP network should contact an MVP Contract Manager .

Behavioral Health Facilities 

Behavioral Health Facilities in our service area interested in joining the MVP network should contact an MVP Contract Manager

Plan types 

These products will be administered according to their respective MVP Certificates/Contracts of Coverage. For a complete listing of all plan types, refer to the MVP Provider Policies and select MVP Plan Type Information.

MVP national networks 

Practitioners outside of our service area may provide medical services to MVP Members via the Cigna National Network

Behavioral Health providers outside of the area may provide services to MVP Members via the First Health / MagnaCare national networks.
