Delivered by our partners at Emergency Medical Instruction and Consulting (EMIC). The American Heart Association (AHA) Friends and Family CPR course is designed for individuals who want to learn basic CPR skills but may not require a certification. This non-certification course provides hands-on training in cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) for adults, children, and infants. Participants learn essential life-saving techniques, including chest compressions and rescue breaths, through interactive demonstrations and practice sessions. The AHA Friends and Family CPR course aims to empower laypersons with the knowledge and skills to respond effectively in emergency situations, making it suitable for family members, friends, and community members who want to be prepared to assist in a cardiac emergency. *BLS Certification is available for healthcare professionals upon completion of this course for a fee.
