In partnership with Slo Breathworks. Take 60 minutes to learn how conscious breathing can be one of your most effective tools for cardiovascular health.
You'll discover how slow, intentional breaths can activate your body’s relaxation response, a key player for lowering blood pressure. We'll also explore why the American Heart Association gives device-guided slow breathing a “Class IIA” recommendation for reducing blood pressure and practice some preferred breathing techniques to help you on your blood pressure management journey.
