Details
Move through exercises to build core muscle strength and stability that help improve posture, balance, steadiness, reduce back pain, and overall physical performance. Optional hand weights will be incorporated. This is a seven-week virtual program that meets on Tuesdays.
This event will be hosted virtually via Zoom.
