This 4‑week, self‑guided experience designed to help you put down technology and be more present in your daily life. In today’s world, so much of our time revolves around screens, whether it’s our phones, TVs, or video games, and it can easily take up more of our day than we realize. This challenge supports both mental and social well‑being by encouraging you to unplug, reconnect, and focus on what matters most.
Each week we’ll send you information and activities designed to help you reduce your time spent using technology. Everyone who completes this challenge by submitting weekly check-ins will be entered into a raffle drawing for our challenge prize!
