This low impact workout that tones, sculpts, and energizes the body using light hand weights, tubes and even chairs, so that you can work at a pace that is right for you! Set to motivating music, the class incorporates total body balance, stretching, and strengthening movements. Regular participation will enhance your current level of fitness and leave you feeling more energized, flexible and centered.
