Move for your heart and get expert insights along the way. Walk alongside local cardiology doctors, ask your heart-health questions, and get inspired to take charge of your well-being.

This Heart Month, let’s make every step count toward a healthier heart together.

•  8:30–9:00 am: Registration for walk-ins

•  9:00–9:20 am: Introductions along with a 15-minute warm-up by MVP Health Promotion Team

•  9:20–10:05 am: 45-minute walk

•  10:05–10:30 am: Walkers will have the opportunity to ask any additional questions to our experts, have a heart healthy snack, CPR demos provided by the American Heart Association, and more!
