Living Well at Lunch is a 30‑minute, desk‑friendly workout designed to help you step away from your screen, move your body, and recharge without giving up your lunch break. We’re offering Happy Hips, Better Backs, and Stretch Your Shoulders as three‑part class series. Shoulders aren’t the only things that get tight during a busy day. Whether you spend hours at a desk, on your feet, or caring for others, tension can build up in your neck, wrists, elbows, and upper back without you even realizing it. This class offers gentle, accessible movements to help ease that stiffness and support healthy mobility across your whole upper body. All exercises can be done seated or standing, with no equipment needed. It’s designed for all bodies and all comfort levels, and you’ll leave feeling more open, relaxed, and refreshed for whatever comes next.
