Much of the information provided in the Men's Whole Person Health Challenge is geared toward individuals assigned male at birth, but we warmly welcome people of all gender identities and expressions to participate in this learning experience.

Whole person health is about caring for your body and mind now so you can stay healthier over time. This challenge is a simple, beginner-friendly way to learn how small, everyday choices can support your long-term health.

Each week, you’ll get an email with a new topic, resources and small action items to guide you on your journey. You’ll explore common health concerns, movement, nutrition, sleep, mental health, and goal setting.
