Discover how the foods you choose can help reduce stress and anxiety in this educational and hands-on cooking class with Karen Roberts-Mort. Learn which anti-inflammatory whole foods offer the greatest ben and what makes them so impactful, then cook a Frittata together with expert instruction from Karen. Please note: two recipes will be shared and can be adjusted to fit your dietary need and taste preferences.
