Join MVP Health Care and Colonie Center for Pretty Powerful: A Women’s Wellness Event on May 13 from 5:00–7:00 p.m. at Colonie Center Mall, Center Court. This FREE community event creates a welcoming space for women to connect, learn, and celebrate their health and well‑being at every stage of life.

Attendees will have the opportunity to ask questions and learn directly from women’s health providers in a comfortable, non‑clinical setting, across specialties including OB‑GYN, cardiology, endocrinology, mental health, menopause support, pediatrics, and more.

The event will also feature a variety of fun and interactive wellness experiences, including a Dance 4 Cardio class led by local fitness instructor Balance by Tommie (5:30, 6:00, and 6:30 p.m.), a DIY flower bar, chair massages, mocktails and appetizers from P.F. Chang’s, beauty offerings from Sephora and Ulta, a Benefit Brow Bar from Macy’s, and raffle giveaways.
