Details
A fun, friendly aerobic workout anyone can do, including beginners. Learn easy to follow modified Zumba dance steps set to Latin rhythms. This class will incorporate resistance bands to help you build muscles and shake and sculpt your way to a healthier body improving your cardiovascular fitness, flexibility and balance for an active lifestyle. This is a ten-week in-person program that will meet on Wednesdays.
