SilverSneakers is a fitness and wellness program for people 65 and older. With your MVP Medicare Advantage plan, you have access to SilverSneakers at no additional cost. 

In-Person or Online Fitness Classes 

SilverSneakers works with 16,000 fitness locations nationwide to offer a variety of engaging fitness classes. These courses are designed specifically for older adults and cater to a wide range of exercise preferences. Cardio, yoga, strength training, and water exercise are just some of the many options available.

As part of your SilverSneakers membership, you also have access to online classes and workshops, both live and on-demand. Your membership includes:

In-person visits and referrals are subject to cost-share per plan. Members enrolled in a Medicare Rx plan without additional MVP medical coverage do not have access to MVP virtual care services through Gia.
