Some of these vendors offer services at-home or virtually—at no added cost—making it easy and convenient for you to stay up-to-date on your health care.

American Specialty Health, Inc. (ASH)
ASH is health and wellness vendor partner that powers the ChooseHealthy™ and Active&Fit Direct (AFD) programs. ChooseHealthy provides discounts from participating specialty health care providers. AFD provides discounted rates on standard gyms and premium exercise studios nationwide.
Exact Sciences
Exact Sciences sends cancer screening collection kits to your home to help detect cancer early, when it is most treatable. Results are shared with you and your primary care provider (PCP).
LetsGetChecked
LetsGetChecked helps you manage your health from home. If you need certain health screenings, LetsGetChecked will send an at-home sample collection kit to your home at no cost. These kits contain everything you need to collect a sample at home and send it back to the lab for testing. The results are shared with you and your PCP.
Matrix Medical Network
Get an in-home or virtual visit with a Matrix nurse practitioner (NP) to help you stay up-to-date on important health services. Matrix NPs can provide comprehensive health exams, help you complete tests or screenings, review your medications, and share information on local resources. A summary of your visit is shared with your doctor.
Movn Health
Movn Health is a virtual care provider offering at-home cardiac rehab for eligible members. This 12-week, personalized program addresses your individual concerns to improve your heart and overall health.
Optum
MVP works with Optum to help members navigate their care and health after a cancer diagnosis. Work with a health care professional to understand your treatment plan, keep track of medications, manage costs, and more.
Retina Labs
Members in need of certain tests or preventive care screenings may be contacted by Retina Labs, who can help complete these services right at home. Retina Labs offer eye exams for members living with diabetes, bone mineral density tests, A1C, kidney tests, and more.
Somatus
MVP works with Somatus to help members living with chronic kidney disease or end-stage renal disease. Get support and health coaching to help you manage your condition and follow your treatment plan.
Vitality
Vitality is a health and wellness vendor partner that powers our Be Well Rewards Medicare program (starting January 1, 2026), as well as other custom well-being programs for Commercial and Self-funded members.
