In our ongoing commitment to enhance communication with our Members, MVP is pleased to introduce its inaugural full-color magazine, Empower. This new format allows Members to engage more effectively with MVP and provides inspiration for their well-being journey. 

Our magazine provides information on taking steps towards a healthier lifestyle, whether you are an MVP Member or not.

Most importantly, the magazine is available in both English and Spanish versions to better engage and motivate individuals within the communities we serve.
