As previously shared, MVP is partnering with CertifyOS to support Practitioner credentialing and recredentialing activities beginning September 1, 2026. This partnership will help simplify credentialing workflows, improve Provider data accuracy, and create a more transparent experience.

Reminder for Providers

CertifyOS will support status notifications, outreach, and requests for missing or updated information during the credentialing and recredentialing process. Providers may see automated emails with status updates, required next steps, or key milestones.

Practitioners with applications already in process do not need to reapply. Applications will continue through the appropriate workflow, and MVP or CertifyOS will contact the Provider or practice contact if additional information is needed.

What is not changing

MVP will continue to maintain credentialing governance, standards, and final authority. Providers should continue to use current MVP contact channels unless directed otherwise.

Review CertifyOS email notifications

Practitioners should keep their CAQH profile and credentialing contact information up to date. Status notifications will come from notifications@certifyos.com, and outreach messages will come from outreach@certifyos.com.

If your practice is unsure whether a CertifyOS message is legitimate, review the message carefully and contact your MVP Provider Partnership Liaison or Provider Relations Representative.

Continue preparing for future enhancements

As implementation continues, MVP will use CertifyOS to support a smooth transition. Future self-service capabilities are expected to support Provider intake, demographic updates, attestations, and improved Provider data accuracy.
