Over-the-Counter Allowance

Many plans include a quarterly allowance that can be used for over-the-counter medicine and health-related purchases from participating retailers* or by mail order. Shop for covered items at eligible retailers,* or place an order online

Meal Delivery

After you’ve been admitted for a hospital stay, you can have meals delivered directly to you at no cost. Refrigerated meals are provided in partnership with Mom’s Meals. You can tailor your meals to your dietary and condition-specific needs.

Transportation Support

MVP partners with American Logistics to provide FREE rides to medical appointments and the pharmacy via ride share, medical sedan, or wheelchair van. Schedule your trip up to one week in advance by calling American Logistics at 1-855-923-4125 Monday – Friday, 8 am–5 pm. If you need to cancel your trip, you must call at least two hours prior to your scheduled pick-up time. Review your EOC for information about the number of rides your plan covers.

SilverSneakers® Fitness

Enjoy a membership to fitness locations with SilverSneakers. You can also access a full library of on-demand videos and live online classes. SilverSneakers partners with GetSetUp so you can choose from hundreds of peer-led classes on a variety of topics. Learn something new and connect with people who have similar interests!

Be Well Rewards – NEW FOR 2024!

Get rewarded for focusing on your health with Be Well Rewards. Earn a $100 reward card for completing your Annual Wellness Visit. This visit helps you keep up with preventive screenings, review your overall physical and mental health, and discuss any other health needs. Members enrolled in a Medicare Rx plan without additional MVP medical coverage do not have access to MVP virtual care services through Gia.
